 What a relief! So, the Big Brother Naija reality television programme is finally over. It ended Sunday evening with 23-year old Efe Michael Ejemba, University of Jos graduate of Economics and singer winning the N25 million + SUV at stake, with 57.6% of the votes from over 24 million voters across Africa.  Warri, where Efe’s family lives, erupted in excitement.

 A tip from a whistle blower today led operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, to intercept huge sums of money in various currencies at the popular Balogun market in Lagos. The monies include €547,730 and £21,090 as well as N5,648,500 . The total haul is about N250m at the prevailing exchange rate at the parallel market.

 Kylie Jenner has landed her own Keeping Up with the Kardashians spinoff.

According to E News! the 19-year-old mogul will be opening up the doors of her exclusive domain and giving fans a behind-the-scenes glimpse into her extraordinary life in her upcoming Keeping Up With the Kardashians spinoff series, Life of Kylie which premieres this summer.

Man accused of raping and killing a 10 year old girl & her grandparents jumps to his death in courthouse

                                   
 An 'evil' man accused of raping and murdering a 10-year-old girl and killing her grandparents jumped to his death in a courthouse.

Robert Seman Jnr, 48, faced the death penalty for the murders of Corinne Gump, 10 and her grandparents William and Judith Schmidt who died in an arson attack.The blaze at their home in Youngstown, Ohio, in March 2015 happened just hours before Seman Jnr was about to go on trial for raping Corinne.

EFCC blocks Patience Jonathan at Skye Bank

                             
 Former Nigerian First Lady, Patience Jonathan,  on Monday visited the Maitama branch of the   Skyebank in Abuja to withdraw part of her $5.9million recently unfrozen by a Lagos High Court.

But she met a brickwall.
